Terms of Use

Service Tier: Beta (Public Beta with limitations disclosure)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the zkOrigoPlus API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

zkOrigoPlus provides blockchain compliance validation APIs including:

• Blockchain address validation (BTC, ETH, XLM, XRPL, HBAR, Polygon)
• AML/sanctions screening
• ISO20022 message validation
• Real-world asset (RWA) attestation
• Cross-border payment (CBP) compliance checks

4. Usage Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service for illegal activities or sanctions evasion
• Exceed rate limits or attempt to bypass usage quotas
• Share API keys with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to process personal data without proper consent

5. Intellectual Property

All API designs, documentation, and underlying technology remain the property of ADCX LAB HUB. Research foundation: SSRN Abstract 5634150.

Privacy Policy

Data Collection

Zero Data Retention: zkOrigoPlus operates on a stateless architecture. We do NOT store:

• Wallet addresses submitted for validation
• Transaction details or blockchain queries
• Compliance check results
• ISO20022 message content

Telemetry Data

We collect anonymized, aggregated usage metrics:

• API call counts per plan tier
• Response latency (p50/p95)
• Error rates by endpoint

No personally identifiable information (PII) or transaction-specific data is retained.

API Key Storage

API keys are hashed using SHA-256 before storage. Original keys are never logged or persisted in plaintext.

Third-Party Services

• Stripe: Payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy)
• AWS: Infrastructure hosting (us-east-1 primary, ap-southeast-2 secondary)

Disclaimer

No SLA Guarantee

As a Beta service, zkOrigoPlus does not guarantee:

• Uptime or availability targets
• Response time SLAs
• Data accuracy or completeness
• Uninterrupted service

Limitation of Liability

ADCX LAB HUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Compliance Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

Primary Region: us-east-1 (US East - N. Virginia)

Secondary Region: ap-southeast-2 (Asia Pacific - Sydney)

DynamoDB global tables replicate API key metadata across regions. No transaction data is stored in any region.
