⚠️ Important Notice: This is a startup-grade SLA reflecting actual infrastructure capacity. No financial penalties, service credits, or guaranteed performance apply. Service is provided "as-is" for beta-tier consumer usage.

1. Service Availability

1.1 Uptime Target

zkOrigoPlus targets 99.0% monthly uptime for the API service.

1.2 No Service Credits

This SLA does not include financial penalties or service credits if uptime targets are not met. No refunds or compensation will be provided for service interruptions.

1.3 Scheduled Maintenance

Weekly Maintenance Window: Sunday 00:00–06:00 MYT (Malaysia Time, UTC+8)

Service may be unavailable during this window. Maintenance downtime is excluded from uptime calculations.

2. Performance Expectations

2.1 Latency (Non-Guaranteed)

Expected response times for API endpoints under normal conditions:

No guaranteed throughput or requests-per-second (RPS) capacity. Rate limits apply per subscription tier.

3. Infrastructure Architecture

3.1 Regional Deployment

Primary Region: us-east-1 (US East - N. Virginia)

Secondary Region: ap-southeast-2 (Asia Pacific - Sydney) - Static assets only

Architecture: Single-region compute infrastructure. No active-active failover.

3.2 External Dependencies

Service relies on third-party public RPC providers for blockchain data:

RPC Outage Policy: External RPC provider failures are not covered under this SLA. Service may return degraded responses or errors during RPC outages.

3.3 Data Retention

Stateless Architecture: No personally identifiable information (PII) or wallet addresses are stored. Aggregated telemetry only (compliance scores, timestamps, module usage).

No Data Processing Agreement (DPA): Service does not process personal data. Stateless architecture means no PII storage or processing occurs.

5.3 Regulatory Disclaimer

Compliance outputs (AML scores, ISO20022 validation, RWA attestation) are advisory only and not regulatory-certified. Users are responsible for their own regulatory compliance obligations.

7. Limitations and Disclaimers

No Financial Liability: Provider assumes no financial liability for service interruptions, data loss, or compliance failures. Service provided "as-is" without warranty.

7.3 Force Majeure

Provider not liable for failures caused by: natural disasters, AWS infrastructure outages, DDoS attacks, government actions, or other events beyond reasonable control.

8. SLA Modifications

Provider reserves the right to modify this SLA with 30 days notice via email and website announcement. Continued use of service after modification constitutes acceptance.
