1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using zkOrigoPlus API ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

zkOrigoPlus provides blockchain compliance validation APIs:

• AML sanctions screening
• ISO20022 message validation
• RWA tokenization attestation
• Zero-knowledge proof verification (on-demand)
• KYC integration (external provider)
• Cross-border payment validation

Architecture: Stateless, single-region (us-east-1), external RPC dependencies.

3. Service Tier and Access

3.1 Sandbox (Free)

• No API key required
• Rate limits: 10 req/min, 100 req/hour, 500 req/day per IP
• Deterministic scoring only (no AI advisory)
• No SLA, best-effort availability

3.2 Paid Tiers (Starter, Professional, Enterprise)

• API key required
• Higher rate limits per subscription tier
• AI advisory hints included
• 99.0% monthly uptime target (no service credits)
• Email support (24-72 hour response time)

3.3 Custom Enterprise+

• Custom contract required
• Negotiated terms and pricing

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

• Compliance validation for legitimate business purposes
• Integration into financial services, fintechs, blockchain platforms
• Testing and development (sandbox)

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Abuse rate limits or attempt DDoS attacks
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the API
• Use for illegal activities (money laundering, sanctions evasion)
• Resell API access without authorization
• Submit false or misleading data
• Use for spam, phishing, or malicious purposes

5. API Keys and Security

• API keys are confidential. Do NOT share or expose publicly.
• You are responsible for all activity under your API key.
• Lost or compromised keys: Email admin@autodigitalcoin.com immediately.
• Provider may revoke keys for Terms violations without notice.

6. Compliance Outputs

6.1 Advisory Nature

Compliance scores and risk assessments are advisory only. They are NOT:

• Regulatory-certified or legally binding
• Guarantees of compliance with AML/KYC laws
• Substitutes for legal or compliance advice

6.2 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Interpreting and acting on compliance outputs
• Meeting your own regulatory obligations
• Verifying data accuracy
• Consulting legal/compliance professionals

7. Service Availability

• Target: 99.0% monthly uptime (startup-grade SLA)
• Scheduled maintenance: Sunday 00:00-06:00 MYT
• No service credits or refunds for downtime
• External RPC outages NOT covered under SLA

8. Fees and Payment

8.1 Pricing

• Sandbox: Free
• Starter: $99/month (2,500 calls)
• Professional: $299/month (10,000 calls)
• Enterprise: $999/month (50,000 calls)
• Custom: Contact sales

8.2 Billing

• Monthly subscriptions via Stripe
• Auto-renewal unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months
• Overage charges may apply (see pricing page)

8.3 Cancellation

• Cancel anytime via email: admin@autodigitalcoin.com
• Access continues until end of billing period
• No refunds for unused time

9. Intellectual Property

• Provider retains all rights to the Service, API, and documentation.
• You retain rights to your data (but we don't store PII/wallet addresses).
• No license to resell, redistribute, or create derivative works.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

10.1 No Warranty

Service provided "AS-IS" without warranty of any kind, including:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of outputs
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from vulnerabilities

10.2 External Dependencies

Service relies on third-party RPC providers. Provider NOT liable for RPC outages or data inaccuracies.

11. Limitation of Liability

Provider's total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. Provider NOT liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
• Regulatory fines or compliance failures
• Third-party claims or actions

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Provider against claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Regulatory violations

13. Termination

Provider may suspend or terminate access:

• For Terms violations
• Non-payment of fees
• Abusive or illegal use
• At Provider's discretion with 30 days notice

14. Changes to Terms

Provider may modify Terms with 30 days notice via email and website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Jurisdiction: Malaysia

Dispute Resolution: Arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
